With limited information it sounds like a HPO issue or a fuel pressure issue. How many miles? What mods? Does it idle fine but not want to move once you get on it?

does it seem like a fuel delivery issue or just the throttle position sensor?

could be the TPS. i seen this on a 95 but i didn't know what was. if it was a fuel pressure issue wouldn't it kinda sputter when you reved it up?

Check your fuel pressure. With those miles if you have not done a fuel pump I would bet its done. I would also drop the fuel tank and clean the pick up foot/filter.

it might be as simple as a dirty fuel filter.
