Yes, when Pushing mass quantities of fuel you will need to watch your EGT's (pyro) because all that unburnt fuel is HOT! could melt piston or damage turbo. so next mod needs to be gauges.

Running a stock turbo you wont exceed 35 psi. and a tachometer is just your rpm gauge

I'm not to familiar with just changing the compressor wheel as a mod. I know they make bigger compressor wheel housings that should help with power. You can find many different packages on this that will tell you specs, what not. they also make turbo upgrades but if your on a budget then look into it and buy the best one for the money.

I believe itonly to get rid of surging which is a common issue that people fix nonperformance gain I may be wrong,I'd focus on gauges and a chip then do all your free or cheaper common mods like hutch and harpoon mod. Then I'd do transmission upgrades along with injectors and turbo an so on.that's just me. Also you need to figure out what your budget is? If it's 500-15,000 you need to know so you don't blow a trans or motor and the not have money to replace after doing all the bigger things.
