Well I looked into it today the only place I've come to it leaking from would be the fuel line going into the head.:argh:

fordornothing 10-24-2011 07:22 PM

did the line crack in the little strap that holds it in place?

1999stroker 10-24-2011 07:36 PM

I don't know I couldn't see it leakig when started but it looks the wetest and hasn't leaked today from what I can tell

check the simple thing first....make sure ur fuel filter cap is seated correctly. i had the o-ring backwards (yes, laugh all you want lol). if not, dieselorings has full rebuild kits for the fuel bowl and all the hoses. viton o-rings.

Ok.where's the fuel bowl located at? It's dry to on filter assembly and drain bolt for that.

My boss's 02 just had a leak in the valley and it turned out to be the line leading from the filter housing to the rear of the right head. The bracket that holds it in place had rubbed a hole in it. I silver soldered it for now but am ordering a replacement tor it.
