when you cleaned that little tube, did you clean the sensor too? the sensor could be dirty as well throwing the code. or the sensor could be going out. i think that sensor is relatively cheap, somewhere around $30.00. but it's good to hear that it helped. i know when you're towing even 1 mpg better is awesome. as far as the code soming back, try cleaning or replacing the sensor. to clean it, use a small pic and some brakeclean.

yeah, i did try and clean it with a small pick but i think just to make sure i'm going to replace it if its only 30 bucks! thanks again...

I really can't see that little sensor being a 90 dollar part. but it is ford. try international or NAPA. it might be a little cheaper. or ford might be cheapest. some times that happens. not a problem. i hope i don't here from you any time soon, unless it's good news!
