My truck won't shift into second without getting to 2500rpm let of gas and then accelerate then shifts through all gear fine. Did this for about 2 years. 8 months ago just started shifting perfect. Yesterday quit shifting correctly again. Help. shops just want to put in a new transmission. ready to drive the thing over a cliff!

 

don't drive it over a cliff just sale it to me...... HaHa..... any chance its cacked with mud on the tranny sides???? I have seen them get water and mud in the connectors and act just like this..... Also make sure the grounds are good at the batteries...

 

Ok the truck is clean. we replaced both sensors on the tranny. one on the side and one in front no change
