trannt rebuild questions

tranny rebuild questions
as a disclaimer there is nothing wrong with my tranny.... YET!
but I am planning on rebuilding it (not gonna spend the money for someone else to do it for me. i want to plan on building it to hold 500rwhp, even though i only want 400hp truck. what do yall recommend. i was thinking a john woods VB, 6.0 style convertor, and some kind of decent rebuild kit..
what do yall suggest, or am i going the wrong way with it?
