You can't....
There is no cheap high performance power adder for our trucks...
The first thing to do would be to get an exhaust, intake, tuner and gauges... Those mods are the basic mods.

I would check with the site sponsors... Places like KT Performance, RiffRaff...ETC...
Just keep in mind cheap and diesel aren't exactly compatible terms. You've got to be willing to pay to play with these trucks... In the end, it's worth it though!
