ok here is the deal. i was driving down the highway and my 35inch tires blew out in the front left, the truck was idoling on the sode of the road , i shut it off wen it was loaded on the towtruck, the next day i went to start it to move it after i put the spare on and it started then quickly died, i could not get it started again i had to use a little starter fluid and got her started, i shut her down and 2 days later (which is today) i couldnt get her started again, any ideas?

Is it turning over but not catching (I'm thinking so since starter fluid got it running) or is it not even turning over?

If it's just dead with nothing when you turn the key try shifting to Neutral and starting that way. If that works you probably need to adjust the the needle position on the gear indicator. If that slips out of alignment the Park/Neutral safety switch won't trigger and the starter circuit won't close.

If it's turning over but not catching is it turning over strong, or weak? Have you looked at the electrical wiring in the front wheel well? The injector wiring goes from the drivers wheel well up onto the top of the block. Perhaps debris from the tire damaged those wires/connectors

it turns over normal, but dosent start, it started with starter fluid, its doing the same thing now then it did b4 when i had 2 bad injectors, the tire blew on the passenger side, i look all over for loose or damaged wires but couldnt find any. the truck hasnt brough up any codes that woul indicate a no start.
