Guys here is my senerio have replaced starter in this truck 3 times since 06 starting last week had to tap on starter to bump it figured bad spot on starter. Finally starter did nothing . crossed lugs on starter itself and stater would kick out but not crank motor. tested starter at auto zone and they said starter was in good condition but replaced it anyway because of life time warranty. put new starter on started right up drove 20 miles shut truck off and started it right back up every thing fine. left truck sit for 5 hours went to start and does nothing but turn over. but while trying to start sometimes battery gauge goes up to half way and sometimes when wts light was on just the gauge would barely raise above 8 just wandering if baterries may not be strong enough and i have been wearing this starters out. now baterries are dead from trying to start.

It's possible the batteries are bad, I would get them load tested at least to rule it out...

That could be it too. Mine went out last summer. It would start but it took forever to. eventually it just stopped cuz my battery got low so get that checked too advance or auto zone will do it for free
