Injectors can range from $1000-$3000 or more... Depends on what you want. But with injectors comes with everything else, turbo, tranny, studs, springs, pushrods... and on and on and on...

Chip, intake, exhaust and some gauges would be a great truck to drive to HS.

I'll take a picture of my engine tag. And I guess your right about saving my money. I think this summer from some things I have read it is gonna get a EGT gauge, Oil temp gauge, and 4 inch downpipe out to a 4 inch straight pipe.

how loud is it? I don't want something obnoxiously loud. Also, is there a way to make em sound like diesels instead of big-block gassers at the top end?

All the turbo back kits are about the same. They will not be loud unless you delete the muffler, and even then they are not loud just get the strange flutter.

A V-8 Diesel will always sound like a gasser, cant really make them sound like a I-6...

Okay, I guess thats true.
And allright. It's still got the old service body on it. You think its easier just to take the body to the scraper or is it worth selling.

well as far as loudnes goes, you really can't hear it in the cab even with all the window down. but i've been told it's louder as hell by my buddies. and like CSI said, it will sound like a gasser. just a little different. it sounds good tho.
