Default NEED HELP please!!!!!!!!!!

i have a march+ 99 f350 4x4 drw with manual trans. 189000 miles. i just replaced all 8 injectors with factory rebuilt ones, changed oil and filter and fuel filter. mods: cut off muffler, k&n factory replace air filter, hypertech tuner, and put ebpv on a manual switch. the cam sensor has been replaced.

problems: it feels like it has a miss when it idles sometimes, and has a missing type flutter between 1200 and 1700 rpms somtimes also, and just isn t putting out the power like it should.

codes: p0475 exhaust pressure valve fault, p0603 inter control mod kam error, p0478 exhaust pressure control high, p1211 icp pressure abovr or below normal, p0605 icm rom error, p0269 cylander 3 fault and p0284 cylander 8 fault. was showing fault in #1 before i changed injectors

please help

the gaskets looked good to me. i looked for breaks in the wires but didn t see any. i ve heard they short out. idk. i thought about replacing them. but the replacing stuff gets exspensive.

the injectors where built by farmers diesel in athens tx. they are all AD

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

sorry. they were all AD s that came out and all AD s that i put in. i know the #8 is supposed to be an AE. the only i could figure was they have already been worked on before

IIRC AD's were installed and the AE was installed to try to eliminate the "cackle" later on down the road of production. i'd wait until CSIPSD post up in here he's the 7.3 guy....

Default update

with everything i had wrong i wanted to cancel out something. i have a buddy that has the same exact truck as mine but without the problems. i erased the codes off my pcm and swapped with him. my truck still ran the same but only showed ebpv fault which is from changing it to a manual switch, and showed #3 fault. so i cleared codes off his and swapped the pcm s back. drove it and the only thing i could get to show up was the ebpv fault and the #3 and #8 fault. but nothing else. still ran the same. drove the crap out of it and still the same codes. the only thing i could figure is the others were just old codes that had never been cleared. so i think my pcm is good.
talked to farmer s diesel and he suggested looking at the injectors again. making sure they are oiling and do a compression check while i have the vc s off. going to tackle that this evening or the next. also going to look over the uvch again. it seems to clear up at higher rpms when the hpop is putting out more. he suggested driving the hell out out the mfer just incase something got in the new injectors. maybe the higher pressure would unclog it. i did that some last night. it seems like it helped it some.
dunno i hope it's something minor and not a burnt valve or something.

mike is s good guy to work with, im getting some of his injectors soon. i would look over all your wiring to make sure there isnt a short. try pulling all your connectors and spraying it with electrical cleaner then used dielectric greas on all your connectors.
