Default loping idle

so the truck is an 03 7.3...custom tuned ts chip (murff racing)
tunes are as follows
1-hot
2-street performance
3-mild tow
4-lope
5-high igle (1200rpm)
6-no start

background info its about 40 or so outside truck has around 75k miles afe stage 2 intake 4" banks monster exhaust and some cosmetic stuff. injectors hpop icp and all that are stock to the best of my knowledge (bought it used so i cant say im 100% sure but id go 80-90% sure it is)

so the truck acts like its stuck in lope mode. it shakes like a **** at idle. i tried killing the truck then restarting it in a different position (i almost always start in street and did this time) and it still loped. i killed it disconnected the batteries let it sit for 5 or 10 min then started it again and got the same thing (not as bad a lope but still a lope)
if i take the truck for a decent drive (20 min at freeway speeds) then it wont lope till next time i start it up (even if i run inside a gas station to get a drink then 2 min later restart it).

as it stands when im driving i can switch between the 1st 3 tunes and feel the power difference (im assuming that means im not stuck in lope mode) so now im sitting here scratching my head wondering whats wrong.

any help with this would be awesome. im going to try to get a vid of it in a little bit

Check your oil level, how old is the oil?

It sounds like an oil issue.
