You can see the doughnuts to tell if there leaking. If there is black soot all over that area, there leaking.

Where are you reading the boost? Off the MAP sensor or with a gauge of some kind?

Guess I have to look harder. I read the boost off a scanner. Also, even straightpiped, absolutely no smoke.

If you read the boost off the map sensor and its only showing 10 psi there is a chance you have a bad MAP sensor. Get a mechanical gauge in there to check it as well.

Without a tuner, you will get no smoke. All the delete of the muffler did was loose some back pressure, if anything that would help get rid of smoke.

my money is on up-pipes leaking and not utilizing all the exhaust pressure to spin the turbo.....or when you reach a certain boost pressure your boots start to leak. what psi did you test the pipes at? I had a boot pop of and I thought the motor dropped out because i could get out and push it faster then it wanted to accelerate. GET BACK THERE AND LOOK FOR SOME BLACK around those dounuts.
