ATF in the fuel and water seperator good or no good?

ive heard from friends of mine that also own diesels and they keep telling me to add tranny fluid to my fuel. now i cant see how thats a good thing after readying things on DB. so.... is it a good idea or no? please help

there are some that do it, i personally would never, it runs just fine on regualr diesel and some actual fuel additive

Yea you don't need to add anything to the fuel. Just bump the starter a few times to let everything fill back up with fuel and start it. It probably won't start up right away and it may take a few cranks but it will start just fine. It may run a bit rough at first but that is to be expected when installing new injectors.
