i havent heard too many bad things about them, except that it can take awhile to get a chip from them. i have heard a lot of instances of people waiting a good amount of time to receive their order. I have heard they have had some family matters to take care of in the past, and this could be the reason behind the longer waits, but customers do enjoy their tunes.

i've been looking at the FU chip. let me know how you like it if you get it. i like the idea of being able to change you're tunes for free without having to send it in if you decide say you dont really need for example the 20 hp tow setting and want to add high idle or smoke show or anti theft. i think its a great idea

Bill is the man with these trucks, he is the originator of custom tunes for the 7.3...

I'm going to be getting there tuning software after the first of the year and start writing my own tunes!

i'm sure he'd be willing to help you out a little bit if you had any issues, he's a pretty good guy, not to mention he can tune a 7.3 pretty damn good

CSIPSD you going to be selling your tunes? is there a difference between burning your own chip and writing your own tunes or is it the same thing?

totally different. burning the chip is just writing the prewritten tunes like from php with the FU chips and writing the tunes is actually calibrating parameters for the engine and blah blah blah which is what you put on your chip
