'02 7.3 psd dies when stopping abruptley

Default '02 7.3 psd dies when stopping abruptley

We have an 02 f350 psd with 176k and during abrupt stops it dies but starts right back up. vacuum problem?? any help is appriciated.

It dies completely???

Not a vacuum problem, nothing but the HVAC systems run on Vacuum.

Hummmm Could be a High Pressure Oil issue, or a bad/loose wire harness... Thats a weird one.

truck is running fine just every once in a while it dies during a stop, dont know that much about the hpop system, and it starts right back up fine. will a scanner detect the problem??

Could be a CPS, might have a bad connection at the sensor.
