truck will run but stales acts like it is running out of fuel has new fuel filter and fuel is filling the filter housing so have fuel how can i check pressure on my di fuel system and does anyone have any ideas whats causing it.my truck direct injection

Does the exhaust tone change when this happens?

How many miles on the truck?

Any mods?

If the fuel bowl is filling then I doubt you have a fuel pressure issue.

yes the truck is cold.

and the exhaust changes sounded and color it was gray then jet black smoke when it is staling.

truck has no mods to it.

it has 330,000 miles on it


acted like this before when u ran it out of fuel but it has fuel

 

Could be the exhaust Back Pressure Valve closing, and sticking when your driving, but that should not make the truck stall.

Going to have to get it scanned or read the codes to give any kind of direction.
