Default Transfer Case rocking/Shudder??

Brand new to this forum. Anyhow I recently bought a 2000, f350, DWD, 4x4, Manual transmission, with an 8ft bed. I have noticed that when I am starting off slow, while NOT in 4wd, and I push in the clutch there is a 4-5 sequence shudder that sounds like it right under me. It does not happen at speeds over 5mph. I had a friend do it as I laid along the running boards and it sounds like it is coming from the transfer case. When the clutch disengages the drive shaft rotates back and forth 3-5 times and it sounds like a rhythmic bumping in the transfer case. Had a fried tell me that it was probably the tranny mount but I checked and it has good rubber and is really tight. i would appreciate as much input as possible.

Also, it is usually only when pushing in the clutch abruptly.

I have the same noise coming from my 2001f- 250, I do not know what it could be, and I don't know if it will mess up my transfer case

Once again.. it only happens in low gears, reverse, low, and first. Does not happen in 2nd through OD. Very annoying.

Again... It sounds like the clutch or throwout bearing...
