OK Guys. I need some help. I haven't been on here long enough to research alot about diesels. I just bought a 2002 w/ 7.3L 138k. It is bone stock. What mods should I do first? Fuel Mileage? Exhaust? Lift? I do need to replace the manual locking hubs because one is stuck unlocked, unless someone knows how to unstick it. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks....

 

manual locking hubs are better, but first off get some gauges, EGT, boost, and trans if auto, then go with a cold air intake, i prefer S&B, then do a 4" turbo back exhaust, and then a 6 pos. chip with custom tunes from whoever you want, i love my PHP tunes, best of luck

be VERY faithful on oil changes, never go over 5k period
