foamy bubbly oil when i changed it

I just did my oil change on my 2000 f250 and it had some foamy bubbly look to to more twords the end of draining. I had the rev-x in it to. What does this meen? My radiator is pure green no signs of oil.

How many miles on the oil roughly, type and weight of oil, and was the engine on full operating temp??

truck has 105k miles, rotella i beleive 5-40 maybee? i did start the engine for about 5 minutes idoling but the oil came out thick and cold looking.

I've ran into it on my truck if I change it with the engine fully cooled.
