What do i loose doing this, If anything?

Nothing. You won't gain much of anything either.

what do i do with the wires if i do delete it? May be dumb ?

the power red one you will remove the black ground one just tape off.

I removed them all and cut them back to the main harness...

And where is that also there is a plug on the turbo plenum what us that

want to buy mine it will throw a code and not allow you to run diagnostics on AE if you do it tried the resistor mod doesn't work waste of time
