Default trouble codes 2002 f 350

I pick my truck up today from the transmission shop and the mechanic told me that I have four fault codes. P 1209, p1247,p1211,p0541. I bought this truck knowing that it was going to need work. I have put new o rings on the turbo and turbo pedistal. I gutted the pedistal and tied open the waste gate. When I was in there I also took out the IPR valve and took it apart and cleaned it. It was very difficult to get apart and I had to use emery cloth on the insert so it would slide in the cylinder. When I reassembled the valve the insert would slide up and down in the cylinder. When I first start truck it runs very rough. It takes a few minutes for it to smooth out. Seems to be down on power. I need some direction on what I should look for and what needs to be repaired or replaced. Is this injectors, HPOP, or some other problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok guess I am asking the wrong questions. I need to see if my ICP is bad, how do I check this? If ICP is ok, will a bad IPR valve give me a fault code for the ICP? I have some kind of problem with injector pressures and need to find it. I would like to eliminate the easier problems before I get to the injectors themselves. If someone could walk me thru the steps of what to look for it would be greatly appreciated. I need to solve this problem. I have little to no experience with these HPO systems. This is my first diesel.

when its running rough unplug the icp sensor...if it acts better then you can suspect it. also look to see if there is oil when you unplug it...it theres oil on the connection then it is failing.

Disconnected the ICP and it ran better, there was also oil in the plug. I will order one and replace. Small amount of oil in the valley, wiped it out with a rag, tried to use a mirror to find leak but could not see one. If I have a HPOP leak will it be easy to see? I will order and replace the IPR valve also, i hope this solves the problem, will post results after everything is completed.
