2002 F250 smoke and choke issue
This is my daily driver and work truck. I also plow snow with it. Don't want to go all crazy on it, but wouldn't mind a little extra since I'll have it apart. I have a superchips programmer already. Cash funds is going to be the limit. about $1000 - $1300 is where I'd like to stay...
for that much you can get stage ones but then u would need to get a chip custom tuned for it, and if you dont already you are gonna need intake exhaust and for **** sure gauges so you know what is going on in there
Brand NEW AC code single shots, with tuning to run them. Period.
DO NOT mess with rebuilding your injectors, NEW ALLIENT AC code injectors.
Also, what you are describing does not sound like an injector issue. Sounds more like a UVC harness issue.

Lets keep the brand bashing in the tech sections to a minimum... No harm no foul, but lets control it.
Well your correct.. I don't know if it's a injector issue anymore... I pulled the left valve cover off and the #8 exhaust rocker was broken. I removed it and all the parts are there. Not sure if that was my smoke issue though because I'm sure this is what went when I was WOT and heard somthing go. So do you guys think the the smoke was still a seperate issue or all this connected somehow? Figure I should at least do injector seals. Should I replace the UVC harnesses for good measure?

It smoked for almost 2 weeks before it broke, and had a miss for about 20 miles before it poped also... Without taking the head off there is no way of telling if it's bent is there?
