how is dp tuners? I have a ts 6 pos with swamps tuning and am not impressed. I dont need anything to special. Can yall give me some advice. Thank you

 

I have one on mine and I have had no problems with it tons of power. Shifts real nice and firm and good economy. Only thing is it makes my motor like twice as loud which i believe is the timing. I was considering a php chip some people dont like dp tuner they say it runs too much timing. I guess its all in how you drive it as well

I have ran swamps tuning b4 also and it sucks.

IMO i would send your chip off to Matt at Gearhead Automotive for a reburn its a LOT cheaper and better than a DP chip.

 

i have heard good things about DP but never ran the tunes, i have PHP (Power Hungry Performance) tunes and love them so far

I would not say Swamps tuning "sucks"... They are tuning more for power, and they lack a little in smoke control, but if you dont give them a chance to fix something well your barking up the wrong tree.

To the OP, Have to called Johnathan or Dave about it? They might be able to change some stuff to make you happy...

If not, I would not go with a DP chip, as once there you are locked to there chip. With the TS chip you have now, you can get any number of tuners to put there fine work on it...
