Interesting... No spec's... Looks like the same core as the stocker, but metal end tanks. Price is good, if it holds together.

My 6.0 stocker is holding 55psi for now.

They say this on their web site.

All of our units are hand welded and pressure tested at 40 psi to ensure that our charge air coolers are 100% leak free.
I'd want to talk to a rep to see if they will handle pressures higher than that before spending the money, but I also assume that most 7.3 turbos don't put out over 35-38 psi max.

Came yesterday. Bulit well will install as soon as i get the time. They also claim to have a special tube design. Will keep you all posted on performance

This is a heavy duty charge air cooler built with our new HIGH PERFROMANCE TUBE DESIGN!!!! This new tube is designed to give you less pressure drop, therefore giving you more horsepower!!!! This is a drop in unit and no modification is required!!!

Don't be surprised if the only change is lower EGT. I put a Banks Technicooler in my 6.0. While it did change the EGT, there was no more boost or noticable change in performance.

It's like putting a big ol honkin aluminum radiator in the family station wagon, you're not going to really notice it until you have the canoe on the roof, the pop-up trailer out back, three kids, the wife and the dog heading for the lake in the summer.

+1 to the entire post. Good analogy, too.
