Default fuel pressure walbro pump

IM soon to buy a walbro inline pump and i read somewhere i need a fuel pressure regulator after the pump? Does that make sence or can i just slap it in and goo. Also does anyone know what the fuel pressure is stock between the inline pump and the motor? Whats a good pressure to be at when i put in this new pump?

Slap it in and go. The walbro is a stock replacement.Your truck has a fuel pressure regulator in the fuel bowl.

If you do have a fuel pressure gauge anything between 50-70 is normal.
