Default Another cold start

First of all long time listner, first time caller.I've read many post on the 7.3 cold start issue but not seen a post for the fix yet? Many ideas which i,ve tried on my to no results.I just bought a 00 psd f350 out of fla and it wont start unless plugged in for approx 4 hrs.I live in mich and that wont get it.nuff said,I,ve checked ohm readings thru the valve cover conn and was good, should i pull the plugs and do them individually.Seems to me the readings thru the harness should tell you all.Checked the oil drainback at the hpo,was down from the top .5 to .75 inch so that should be good right?Checked oil temp to iat, not sure about that though.Injector buzz test showed 1294 high side open.Don't think that will cause a cold start prob, could be wrong!......I am a auto tech with not much deisel knowledge,I own a solus pro and a decent fluke meter so I am ready to diag this truck. It has a diablo downloader in it if it makes a diff.I feel it needs injectors cause the way it runs but feel the need to fix the starting problem first.Love this site,it has been very informative so far.Keep up the good work.PS, a list of terms would be great,ie icp?gpr?so on
Thanks,Tim O'Berry

Does it light up both big terminals?

Just to make sure. 90% of cold start issues are glow plug or glow plug relay related.

Yes,both terminals at b+,going to use the dvom this morning,if it don/t start to see if it is actual voltage or not but dont think that is the problem. It lights the test light up extremely bright.Failed to mention before i've already flushed the oil system and have fresh 15w40 in it.

OK,gpr is b+ at rh terminal and key on it starts out at 10v and slowly climbs to 11.2/11.3 on glow plug side.......One batt shows twelve volts the other is down around the 11v range, should I replace both batts at this time,I am assuming this is not enough to properly heat the plugs?

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

Two new batts,p0603 keeps coming back, icp voltage .76,icp460 to 480,inj pres reg was 11% all these are at a idle.Is their somewhere on this board to look up the parameters so I can see what I'm doing or a diagnostic flow chart. Was very slow this winter so I let my mitchells go back thanks for any input
