I have a 2002 f250 7.3 and it used to shut off while running. I replaced the fuel pump fuel filter and 4 injectors because that is what the computer showed. It does not shut off anymore but it idles and runs rough. The fuel pump is now very loud and when i start the truck the motor starts knocking really bad.

 

Sounds to me like your throwing money at it...

Slow down.

First thing you need to do is run a buzz test and contrubrution test. Then do a KOER test... I dont know what code you took as meaning 4 injectors needed to be replaced, but that right there sounds like a UVC (under valve cover) harness issue.

Pump being loud is completely differant issue.

 

i would check your cam sinser that can caus lots of problems
