I have had my BTS Trans for 8 years and 110K miles. My truck has been down the track over 100 times and I run the crap out of it every day. Two weeks ago I was having a little fun with a Porsche on a on ramp and when my trans shifted in to second I heard a loud boooom and my truck came to a stop. I had no forward or reverse gears.

I gave Brian a call thinking he would give me a good deal and he told me to send it to him and he would take care of it. I decided to take it up to Arkansas myself so my dad and I went for a road trip to BTS. Brian disassembled the trans and found the problem. The splines on the shaft going into the first gear / OD drum (If I remember) stripped out.

Brian completely disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt my trans with all of his new improvements including a new torque converter. My cost $0.00.

Brian also took my dad and I to lunch. Brian and his Wife Patti treated us like family. I knew Brian had a great reputation but I had no idea that he would take care of me after 8 years and 110K miles.

If you are looking for a trans it is well worth the shipping or the drive to have Brian hook you up.

yes brian and patty are great people. if i had a ford i wouldnt put nothing but a bts trans in it. kinda wish i would have took my dodge and have them put a ford trans in mine when i first had an issue with mine.
