Default Door rattle

I have a 2001 f350 dually and it sounds like the back doors are loose? they rattle and bang when going over bumps. some of it sounds internal and some of it sounds like the whole door moving? Is this a common issue and what would be the most probable causes/ fixes?

bo but i found a spot at the bottom of the door were i could fit a screw and drilled it through the metal brasing to the door its not the best waybut it works or you could try putting two sided tape on the edges so it sticks to the door frame

Rattling and air leakage around door is common as the trucks get older and it seems to come from the weatherstripping collapsing.

There is a mod that I have not seen for quite a while and do not have a link but the idea is to get some surgical or latex tube that is just about the same size as the inside channel of the weather strip.
Dust it down with talcum powder (and I think that electrictian's conduit lube would probably work too)
Feed a wire through the weatherstrip and pull the tubing back through.

This seems to firm up the weatherstrip enough to stop the rattle and air leaks.
