To much noise in cab

To much noise in cab

My buddies F350 is driving him to get a hearing aid from nosie he loves the truck any body have a answer? I am not sure of where noise comes from as he has done some engine mods.

Theres really nothing you can do to stop motor noise. Maybe rig up a thicker firewall and thicker underhood insulation is about all you could do

you can dynamat the inside of the cab but that can cost alot of money.
