Ok...

Do you have anyway of checking the ICP pressure when cranking?

Try unpluging the ICP sensor on the drivers side head... Just unplug it and crank.

If not, you might try a CPS...

its the cam sensor that had the recall. tps's never go bad on these. also if you ran it out of fuel all you can do with these is open the drain on the fuel bowl and just crank the **** out of it until it fires, it usually takes a while and your fuel filter is probably clogged now so i would replace that too, but it wouldnt be bad to replace the cps anyway. has your's been replaced with the grey one yet?

DO NOT DO THIS!!!

There is no reason at all to do this on a superduty truck. You have an electric fuel pump for a reason. With the key on it will refill and reprime the entire system. Cranking will do nothing more then score the fuel side of your injectors for NO REASON!!!

If you have a OBS truck with a mechanical fuel pump you have no other way then to do this, I would however prime the fuel filter bowl to help.

Some peoples kids...
