How much fuel did you put in it?

Turn the key on and you will hear the fuel pump turn on, wait until it turns off and repeat... Do this about 5 times, then open the hood, turn the key on and open the drain valve to see if the fuel bowl is full.

turn key and start... Drive on and dont let the damn thing below a 1/4 tank.

Need to get a set of jumper cables on it too, its going to be low if you have cranked on it for a while.

2002 does not move when cranking... One of the things they changed with the 2002 and newer PCM's...

Have you checked the fuel bowl?

It will start under 12v, but it does need good voltage... Thats why I mentioned getting some jumper cables!

Im a dodge guy but we use Fords at work so here we go. We went through this with our trucks as well on every 2000-02 we had and it turned out to be either a throttle positioning sensor or a cam positioning sensor (cant remember which) even with fuel in the bowl they wouldnt start. Well turns out it was a recall by Ford and they fixed them for us so that might be worth a shot.....hope you get it started and hope this helped
