Default Front end leak?

Found 1 spot of gear oil on the driveway from the passenger side. I have NO experience in this dept and would appreciate some help from the gurus on here please.

Its an 02 4x4 F 250 with manual locking hubs. I read somewhere about a seal, then another place said the whole unit had to be replaced. Opinions? options? worst of all prices? HAHA

Thanks in advance for any and all help on this. I plan to do it myself if possible.
