The more I read on here the more I realize I need some tranny work done. I would like to know what the internal upgrades are in a BD and BTS tranny? My uncle owns his own tranny shop so he will be doing the work. Have an 01 7.3 with CA/Exhaust/Edg Evo. Thanks.

 

are you going to do a rebuild with new parts from those companies or you doing a completely new tranny? Either way I would recommend suncoast. I'm using one of their allisons in my 97 cummins and it hasn't given me an ounce of trouble and the guys at suncoast where super helpful when I called them to have a tranny built. Once my 07 cummin's tranny gives out their definitely getting my business again.

 

Just doing a rebuild with the same or similar parts if I can find out what they use to upgrade a tranny.
