i just replaced the fuel lines from the filter housng to the flex lines by the crossmember. i turned the key on & off a few times to refill the filter. it started and ran for a minute or 2 and started smokin and dieseling bad. started back up and still sounded bad. now it won't even smoke or run. i have fuel to the filter, but not sure of where else to check for fuel or what else to check. not sure if and where to bleed any air out of the system.

 

When you turn the key to the "run" position, can you hear your fuel pump?

sounds like its not getting fuel to the engine.
