take the VC off and inspect the gasket/harness on both banks and see if there is ANY melting or chaffing goin on.... sounds like thats the problem with your passenger side one but it would be a good idea to check them both....

did you get fuel PSI checked???

how many miles and how old are the injectors? have you serviced the high pressure oil resevoir with prolong ? sounds like a fuel delivery problem. injectors stuclk open or closed?
