There is no "pump" on a 7.3 powerstroke. Your injectors are fired by high pressure oil supplied by your high pressure oil pump. It is controled by the IPR by the PCM. You can do a 10k mod (adding a 10k resistor to the ICP sensor lines). With your edge tuner, I would not do this as edge jacks the ICP pressures already.

Start looking for a chip that plugs on to the PCM, 6 settings on the fly, much better tuning and better tranny controls. Edge does nothing for your tranny.

Swamps is who I use for all my tuning, but there are several good companys out there.

there is no lift pump, just a High Pressure Oil Pump and just a fuel pump mounted on the
frame for FUEL

Fuel gets to the injector with low pressure fuel pump at about 55-70psi, then the HPOP pressurizes the injector and pushes the fuel out of the nozzle when the time comes... Over simplified but...

Is this some inside joke with the two of you? I hope so, because what your saying is completely untrue.
