Anyone know where I can find some blillet aluminum fuel filter caps for the 7.3L engine? I HATE these cheap plastic ones. Must eat my wheaties I keep breaking these things.

 

the 7.3s dont have ones i believe, only the 6.0s and up have them . not big sellers. you could probably have some made.

 

I almost thought you could be right Superstroker ( I was looking for awhile ) but I found a guy on another site that makes them if anyone's interested. I REALLY hate that plastic crap. HAHAHA And your right the 6.0 and 6.4's can be found.

 

I got rid of mine too, its much better now!

 

I know this post was from a while back, but can you direct me to the site where you are finding these caps. I'm pulling my hair out trying to fing one for the 7.3.

Yeah, there are plenty of them around.

 

i'd bring in a plactic cap and get a price quote. i would do a 1 1/8" hex on top. instead of the recessed 1/2" drive.
