Ok so my od light started flashing last week. So I contacted the tranny hospital. Doc said bring it in tomorrow for a physical. So I will be out of a truck hopefully just for the day. Good news is when they did the internal organ transplant a few months ago. They gave me a 12,000 mile/ 1 year warranty. So hopefully the problem will be repaired under that. It is shifting fine but ever so often it shifts extremely hard and then the od light comes on. I think it is a sensor sending a false reading at times.

The doc told me he has never seen a trans come back that he built. Well I guess he didn't until he met me.

Yeah he does, he built it using suncoast parts and Suncoast triple disc torq converter. He is thinking the same thing I am either a wiring short or bad sensor on the valve body.

You remember when I told you about the wires getting wrapped up around the front driveshaft don't you. Well this guy repaired them wires. If I knew that was the problem when I took it to him I would have repaired it myself.

But then about 2 months later the trans took a crap and this guy rebuilt it. Lucky for me he considers himself my nieghbor. even though he lives like 2 miles from me. I guess living in the country that would be a nieghbor.
