best turbo?

what is the best turbo to put on my 7.3 2002 f-250 with tony wildman 140hp chip and k and n intake to make it whistle louder, reduce surge, and gain horsepower.

... ABout the only drop in on the market now is the Garrett 38r... If you get one, order it with the 1.15 housing, you will like it better then the 1.00 housing.

I was going to say the Garret 38R alot of people have good results for them. Good turbos.

It depends on what you want to do with your truck. You could pick up a used van turbo and install a wicked wheel or go with an ATS compressor housing.
The van turbo has a 1:15 exhaust housing to reduce back pressure.
