who makes a good complete exhaust brake kit to mount to the turbo of a mostly stock 02 f350 w/manual transmission. the only significant mod to the truck is a chip. the guy is never going to put bigger exhaust on or any major mods. he just wants his brakes to last a little longer towing his trailer loads of concrete forms from job to job.

 

They got Jacobs, BD, Pacbrake, and Banks. I heard good about all 4, but I'm not running one so I can't give any fine details on them. Someone should chime in to give some details on what the're running.

I ran one of there EBPV brakes for years before gutting the factory turbo. WORKED GREAT with the TC lock up feature as well.

No need for a huge exhaust brake for 99% of the loads you will haul.

 

Getting an exhaust brake will work great on your application make sure it is on all the time.Only problems I have seen is lack of use they like to stick shut.
