'99 7.3 Turbo Oil Leak
I had two oil leaks and I had the worst (at the time) one fixed...the o-rings. Now the other leak has become severe. Is the process of removing and replacing the turbo pedestal o-rings a job that an average shade-tree can tackle with average tools or should I pay the $$ for my mechanic to do? Can it be done in a day?
Fixing was piece of cake! Taking for granted you take your time and don't force anything. I took the time to clean up all parts and pieces and in the end got compiments from my mechanic! Thanks for the help.
