Default 2002 7.3 fuel filter
does anyone know how dark the fuel in my fuel filter cage should be, 'cause mine is dark. When it drips it's golden but in the filter housing i can't see my finger in the bowl.

it will be fine, just change the filter more.

when I was changing my fuel filter, the filter itself was solid black... yah - I needed to change it earlier.. but the fuel was clearish - I could see to the bottom of the bowl (with the filter out...)

LOL... really one of the best mods I have done to my truck was the fuel system with the bowl delete!

I hear ya there -- but all in due time for me Eventually will get there... but looks like its gonna be a trans first...
