Buzzing noise

Default Buzzing noise
I have a 2003 F350 and it started making a buzzing noise like a relay somewhere in the dash. If I put my foot on the brake or use the turn signals it will quit. Any ideas?

Pull the flasher relay, its the only thing I can think of that is common to both. If it is it, then on to the next question, Why? Do you have a trailer connected?

No trailer, sounds like it in the instrument cluster.
