Hello all, I am new to diesel bombers. Ive been scrolling through the forums trying to shine some light on this new problem im having, with no such luck.


First off, the truck, Is a 2000 ford 7.3 powered, with a auto transmission behind it.
As for mods, it has a 4" exhaust, sct tuner, and a diesel site hpop.
I just had the hpop replaced, as I was stranded on the side of the road, 800 miles away from home with 3 cars on my trailer. I got that fixed but after getting the truck back, the O/D light was flashing, with codes p0708 and p0713. when you put the truck into drive, its like its stuck in third gear, until I put it into second and back into drive, then it will go along fine. slightly harder shifting, but nothing crazy. just don't want to damage anything more than it is already.


Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do not have a transmission temp gauge.

ps its been over 2000 miles since ive done the hpop a week ago. truck went through the mountains pulling 19k with no problems. currently putting new boots in as they were leaking, I also turned the shifting pressure down on my tuner
