OK so on the banks big head actuator on the back of it it looks like all thread and looks like something should go on it! And on the turbo there is a lever that isn't attached to anything! Should that attach to the actuator?

And is it cold an actuator or is it a wastegate

It is the wastegate actuator. And yes it should be connected. Without it connected I would assume the wastegate opens freely and the thusly killing your spool time and not building enough boost to keep the egts down. I personally would ditch the bighead and try to get a "turbomaster" wastegate actuator from dieselsite. I had one on my 99 and it worked great. Best to have a guage so that you can properly set your blow off pressure though.

So I do not have the part for the end of the actuator! Does anyone know if I can buy that or if I have to buy a new actuator! The part that connects to the wastegate

Called banks and they are sending me the missing pieces. 36 bucks after shipping! Better than buying a new one!

Way to go! You shouldnt have any EGT issues after your install.

Any suggestions on what I can run the boost at! It is a stock housing with the upgraded Impeller! The impeller that came with the big head kit! 25 30 pounds of boost too much?
