hello. I have a 2002 f350 lariet dually 230,000 miles on it. Ive been having starting issues in the past month. I found out my gpr was not working. I replaced it thinking it was going to be the problem well it wasnt. so what i did was hooked up a manual push button to activate the gpr in the cab which now it works. Ive changed the eot sensor (engine oil temp) and still nothing. i have no check engine light, my wait to start light works. im beating my self up trying to figure it out. could my pcm be bad, is there somthing else im missing. any advice would be appreciative.

did you replace the glow plugs or just the relay?

 

just the relay all the glow plugs were fine. it fires up when i manually do glow plugs. some times it runs a little ruff though.

 

Come on I know some one has some info to help me out? I've checked all glow plugs there good. To me the PCM isn't grounding out the gpr. I've ready these trucks have ground issues?

 

How are you checking the glow plugs? And there is very little 7.3 knowledge on this site so good luck
