oil pan seal

oil pan seal
Here's the deal. I pulled my engine to reseal the oil pan using ford rtvTA31. The first 8 hours I kept the garage at 70° and for another 16 hours it was about 60°. The surfaces were clean and dry and the seal still blew out in less than 200 miles. When I had the pan off I looked at all cylinders and there were no lines or scores anywhere. My question is what would cause it to blow out so fast? I will be doing a compression test to see if I have a bad cylinder or not. According to the tube of silicone it says allow atleast one hour to cure. If that's the case, 24 hours should have been plenty. What do you guys think?
