4X4 Problems HELP!!!!!

I have a 2003 F250 and the 4x4 will not work. I have replaced the turn *** switch and the relays under the hood I believe there are two. It will not even light up on the dash. I do not know what it could be

Its probly the shift motor on the transfer case

that happened to mine right after i bought it it ended up being the plug on the transfer case motor wasn't latched all the way in.
something easy to check if you haven't..
